Available connects of free membership

I am on a free membership, and current billing cycle is shown as Sep 1 to Sep 30 but my number of connection is not updated yet, what is the process?

Why you said that your connects are not updated, but you posted printscreen showing it is updated??? 😛

 

basics of mathematics says:

0+0=0

valid all the time - yesterday, today and tommorow, in your current and previous billing cycle

Buy connects like everyone else.

Free connects were abolished.

I have not yet recieve a connects

Hello  Ambrož B,

I am on a free membership and I know that all "who are on free membership" will get free 60 connects in every mounth. But this mounth(October'19) I did not get any connects.

Will you please tell me the reason?

Please note that we recently updated the Connects pricing and Connects now cost $0.15 (USD) each and Basic Membership doesn't include free connects.

 

This can vary based on your location, but all Upwork users will be able to purchase Connects with a credit card or prepaid card. If you aren’t able to use a credit card or prepaid card or you don’t have an Upwork balance, in many cases you’ll be able to use PayPal. To see the options available to you, click here.

Thanks for your reply, But it's a bad news for me(I hope it's not only for me, but also for so many freelancer and also for upwork).

I hope you will review your "Connects pricing policies". Because you must know that in every time every freelancer will not get much projects.

You means to say that change a membership Plan?

Change to paid plan, or bye connects in packages by 10.
