BDO Network Bank Account

Has anybody experienced payment rejections with their account? My bank account is with BDO Network Bank, under the main bank, Bangko De Oro, here in the Philippines. I have inputted the bank code for BDO and the Swift code for BDO Network Bank to ensure the payment goes through. I requested the payment on June 1, 2024, and received an email today. 5 days later, my payment process was rejected due to an invalid account number. Is it because my bank account is not directly under BDO? Is this an isolated case, or has anyone encountered a similar scenario as mine? I just want to ask how you resolved it. I tried the chat support on Upwork, but it keeps telling me to go back and edit my bank details, which I have checked a few times before adding. I would appreciate your help.

same here, the payment was rejected as well.  Although I've been using BDO for almost a year now.  I hope we get an answer right away.

Hi,  I processed a payment on June 7 to my Local bank BDO and received an email on JUne 10 that it was Rejected.  My Local bank is BDO and i've been using this for almost a year now.

Hi any updates? Were you able to withdraw your account? If not what did you do to get your earnings? Please reply because I used BDO network bank and I wanna know if needed to do something on my end to fix it. Thank you

Hi Upwork, 

May I know if BDO Network Bank can be used by Freelancers here in the Philippines as a directory bank for earnings withdrawal? It is my only alternative bank I have since there's no MAYA BANK  and GOTYME on the choices for upwork. Please answer upwork because there are Multiple freelancers waiting for a positive response from you.

You are using account number in your passbook? Or the number in your card? I believe you usethe account number in your passbook for that
