BUG - Lost all my 'saved' employment history because of Upwork's poor UI

I'm new on upwork and was adding my employment history - when I was done, I clicked on 'Save & Exit' at the bottom, which tells you 'All of your changes have been saved'. Surprise, surprise - they hadn't actually been saved. When I logged in again, my profile was empty.

 

Please fix this.

 

UPDATE: Nothing gets saved - I tried editing my Profile title and it got deleted. Am I supposed to fill in all my profile in one sitting and then 'Submit' it?
