Bad Feedback/Comment Removal from Client

Umair here. I am writing to request for a feedback removal of 1 star and the comment from a client since I have earned 100% JSS and "Top Rated" tag. Please guide.

This is not how it works. You need to follow the steps in ths article.

It is also not very smart to remove feedback from a contract that doesn't affect your JSS at all- save the perk for when you end up with a situation that DOES affect your JSS.
