The issue I have faced recently is that I feel that the feedback system is being exploited. For example, there is a rift with a client for whom I have been working for about an year. The person leaves a bad feedback and this drastically affects the rating. I feel that Odesk should devise ways to evaluate the accuracy of the feedback. The reason is that it is the bread and butter of many people out there. If the feedback cannot give the true picture what is the use of the feedback.
