Bad client

I have been working for this client of mine since 15 MAR, 2018 till this day in wireframe.

we make a contract on a project for 70 $ for the information he gave me it was from 19-23 page then the job scale as well add a lot of details later he always forget to mention it and a lot of edits till the pages turn to 48 then he told me to design all project for 400 $ in Arabic and English languages I accepted I submitted the work for wireframe then he told me to go back and work for it again " I discovered he made the job for another client, not for himself then I told him to end contract I don't need to continue work as me hand get broked in an acciedent and I can't continue work in this project as you always order alot of edits I can't do it , he told me make a full refuend to money after I submittted work for wireframe and he made a payment I ended the contract what should I do now to avoid bad review ?
I worked in 29 projects till now and I get 5 stars
as well as I made the wireframe and I submitted the work
and he made the payment for

If you refunded all the money, no review will show on your profile. But the lack of a successful job will still impact your job success score.

If you did not refund all the money, there's nothing you can do to stop the client from leaving any review he likes. Either way, your job success score will take a hit.

The problem is I submitted the work of wireframe after a month of work at the same price and he tells me I will give you bonus money at the end and made the whole design I agreed at the same contract and he refused to make a new one
and after he received the work I told I him I don't want to continue work then he told me to refund the work after a month of edits and extra work and this isn't noted in the contract I wish I know how to make a complement against him as he threaten me to make a bad review if I don't refund so I ended the contract

Did he threaten you through Upwork messenger?
If so, take screenshots and report him. He isn't allowed to threaten you.

There's a settings wheel in the messenger room. Find the message where he threatened you, click that settings wheel and report him for feedback manipulation. That is absolutely against the terms of service.
