Bad customer support

I dont whats getting wrong with upwork, they dont seem to reply to your queries anymore, I have been trying to get answer from last 4 days about some bonus payment problem but they are happy to ignore my messages. Quick to deduct your share but not quick enough to resolve your probelm, right? Anybody else facing same bad customer support?
