Bad review

If I report a client can he leave a bad review that can impact my jss?

Report for what? If they client can easily identify that you complained about him, he will probably not leave good feedback. If there is an reportable offense, I would do that after the contract is ended.

I submitted the work according to my fixed price contract but the client has been ignoring me for past twenty days.

On a fixed price contract, clients have 14 days to approve the payment once you submitted the work through the Submit Work for Payment button. If they do not approve it, the payment moves from In review to Pending tab for the 5-day security period. If this step is successful, then your money becomes available.

Did you submit the work through the Submit Work for Payment button? If no, do that. If yes, look at the Pending tab from gere Reports Home Page - Upwork and see if there is a date.
