Bad visibility of my profile

I can not understand what could be the problem? Previously, before Russian military action, my profile was viewed up to 30-40 times a week, now there are 0 views. I returned home to Serbia, changed the region in settings, but the order can't be found and they don't see me either. How can I correct this situation? Or how can I improve my profile to have requests and projects? It feels like I'm in the black list 😞

Send proposals. Relying on profile views is not a good strategy as the position of profiles in search varies.
