It's been more than 5 days since a milestone got activated but my balance is still at $0.00.
It's more than $100 and 5 days has passed since then.
Is there a bug or new policy? Thanks for the help.

Hi Isabel,
Thank you for reaching out. The amount on an activated milestone does not add to your balance. It only does when you submit work for this milestone and the client approves it or if they take no action 14 days after you submitted work for payment.

Hi, clients has already approved it yet it is not reflecting on my balance. This has been our set up of payment since last year and once the milestone is approved, I get to withdraw it after 5 days.
