Bank Account Currency

Hi! I live in Peru and I've just opened two bank accounts here, one in dollars and one in PEN. I want to have my funds transferred to my dollars account but the only option that seems to be available for local bank transfers are in Peru's currency: PEN... is there a way I can receive my funds in dollars here? Or do I have to use my PEN account only?

Hi Maria,

When Direct to Local Bank account is the disbursement method, then the funds are converted automatically into your local currency. You can check out this help article for more information about fees and timing associated with the direct to local bank method.

There are other ways to get paid in USD:

• Wire Transfer
• Payoneer
• PayPal

To see which payment methods are available to you, please log into your account, click on “Settings,” then “Get Paid,” and choose “Add Method.” All of your options will be listed there.
