Bank Account Name issues

I know I will have to request a manual name review because my bank account name is different from the nickname I use on Upwork.  Should I go ahead and start the process with the names mismatched or reach out for help first?

Feel free to add a bank account first. If your name variation is not acceptable, our agent will advise you directly about mismatch on your documents and suggest editing your Upwork profile name to match your legal name.
