I still haven't received the two small deposits to verify my account, that I requested about two weeks ago.  Is it possible to retry?  Can anyone help?  How can I solve this?

I entered the wrong bank account verification amounts and it has been over a week and I am still not able to re-enter the correct amounts. What do I do?

I haven't received my bank verification deposits yet. It's been more than a week. Hoping someone can help me with this.

Kyle,

 

Usually it happens when the account and routing numbers that were entered are incorrect. Please, check with your bank if you're entering correct information and re-add your bank account under Settings> Get Paid.

You should be able to go to your Settings> Get Paid and re-enter your bank information. Please, make sure you are entering correct bank account information and routing number. Once you enter the correct information, the two small charges will be applied.
