Bank Account was not active when payment recived

Hi! I need help because my account wasn’t active when a client transfered a payment.
I was worry because after 5 days I didn’t see the amount in my bank account, so I withdrawed it, thinking maybe it would change something, but then realized it wasn’t active this whole time.
The contract isn’t close yet, please help so I can recive my money.

I checked the transaction you are referring to and it seems that it was successful from our end. Please note that ACH funds will arrive in your bank account within two to five business days. Processing and clearing times vary widely from bank to bank. Bank holidays can also delay your funds. Feel free to check out this help article for more information.
