Yes they did. I'm responding to them to let them know there was still no deposits in my account. As requested, I deleted my account and added a new one. Hopefully, this will be rectified soon, as I am missing out on possible work.
I contacted my bank. They couldn't track anything and wanted to know the amount fo the deposits, which I told her I could not verify. Is there a way they can be contacted so this can get sorted out?
Joe, it looks like you've corrected some information when you re-added the account. Please, allow up to 5 days for the deposits to show and if they don't, reply directly to the open ticket you have with the team and they'll investigate further.
