Bank account in name of my LLC - unable to add

I am organized as LLC for tax purpose. My bank account is in name of LLC. I am unable to add it to my account due to name conflict. Please help me add bank LLC's account to my account.

Your bank should be able to provide a document saying you're authorized to access & control the account. Both the account number and your name should appear on the document.
