Bank account is not linked with upwork

Only if it is a joint account. The account you add to Upwork must be in your name or in joint names, with you being an official and named signatory.

No, PayPal require that you add your own account also. Why don't you open your own bank account or ask the bank to make your husband's account a joint account?
