Bank account issue

Hello Support Team,

I am in trouble. Please help me out. As you know that when we created an account on Upwork last name is mandatory. But in my proof as well as bank account the last name is not mentioned, only my single name is there.

I want to purchase more connections and add a bank account in my Upwork account. Let me know what I have to do.
Response me back as fast as you can. It's an urgent request from m end.

Hi Ayesha,

Just to confirm, you have only first name or your last name was not added to your bank account.
If it's the first, In cases like this we would suggest a user to use a formal salutation in the first name field (like Mr., Mrs, Ms.) and their name in the last name field. That would be unlikely to cause issues with adding your bank account as well. Thank you.
