Bank code isn't recognised, and help centre doesn't help...

Having an abundance of issues.

My bank sort-code isn't recognised, despite it being completely legitimate. 

I'm also having issues with verification. My account will apparently be taken away within 2 weeks if I don't organise a video verification, but everytime I try and organise this and click on something on the help page, it just glitches and sends me back to the home page. 

Some real issues here and need some assistance.
