Bank information and receiving funds

Hello. I am having a few issues right now. I have accidentally transferred funds to payoneer and I would like to send them back to UpWork so I can withdraw using another method. Also, when I tried using my local bank account, I was not able to type my full name and adress because UpWork did not recognize the letters in my name. It said that only letters are allowed, not symbols. However, my bank account information cannot match the information I put in while trying to set up that method of payment, because Upwork does not recognize the letters in my name. The information needs to be the same and that method will not work for me because of it. If you can, please help me with these two issues. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out. As Mykola mentioned, I'm afraid that we can't cancel the withdrawal once it is initiated. If there are any issues with your bank account, the funds should be returned to your Upwork account. Please let us know if after 8 business days the funds are still not reflected in your account so we can initiate a trace for you.

Regarding the beneficiary name of your payment method, I can confirm that it has been successfully verified. It will now undergo security verification and become active in three days.
