Bank is not recognized on Upwork

My bank account is not recognized by Upwork when I tried to fill in the sortcode. I tried to input the information manually but it still didn't work. I really don't know what I should do. Can anyone help please?

Hi, Upwork is not able to find my bank sortcode. I have tried the 2 different bank accounts I have but Upwork does not recognise any of the sortcodes.
