Bank not found error showing

I have my bank IFSC code, but when I enter and click on find, it is showing me that bank not found. Can you please assist me here?

Thanks for your response and I got the mail from Upwork support but I want inform you that I have tried that as well (Enter manual Bank details) but still I am getting "Bank not find"

"Please help!!!"
It's really important for me to withdraw the amount.
