Bank verification in progress - ?

I see this error on my account:

I click that FAQ and it asks me to enter a question. I do and I get unrelated information. No help. 
 
I then go to Contact and other source, which all circle back to the same source, which offer no information. 
 
How do I correct the fact that my account is Ray and my bank is Raymond?
