Being paid for manual hours

I'm new here and my client does not know how to pay me for my manually input hours as he is new too... I am forced to do it manually as the timing tracker doesn't work on my chromebook... how does he accept my hours and pay me please?

If you added the manual time to your work diary, the client will get charged for all hours logged this week automatically on Monday. The client doesn't have to do anything at all. There is no difference in how tracked and manual time are processed, the only (but significant) difference is that there is no protection with manual time.

You can read more about how hourly contracts are paid here.
