Beneficiary name and upwork profile name doesnot match

I have an issue in processing my payments as my Upwork profile name and Bank beneficiary name doesn't match. There is mismatch is with the initials as my upwork profile has full last name and bank last name is just the initial. How should I request for a manual review of the same?
