I'm having a situation where I can't get any of my withdrawal methods accepted. I used my passport to verify my identity but the issue with it is that my name sequence on it is different from the one on my National ID and all my beneficiary accounts. In simple terms, my first name and last name on my passport are my last name and first name respectively on the latter documents. Can I redo my identity verification with my National ID or there's a manual process to this because so far, I haven't gotten solution to this.
