My payment was rejected as the Upwork account name mismatched with the bank account name. However, it needs a review, as the name is the same but I do not use my last name officially. And there was no option to leave it blank here in Upwork settings.

Also, since the payment was rejected, and withdrawal fees have already been charged by Upwork, I hope I ll not be charged again for the same payment when it is fixed, as this was not a fault of mine.

When I registered, I used my nickname/middle name (Rudy) but when I input my bank information it was flagged because my bank account is under my legal name (Francisco). Could someone please advise?
