Beneficiary name mismatched

Hello, i tried to connect with bank account, paypal and cant match name because my name uses diacritic mark — Drahovský. Upwork account doesnt allow this mark on letter "y". Upwork acc. is Drahovsky. So i think this is my problem, becouse in our country and my bank, paypal acc. we have to use diacritic mark. 

Im very greatfull for any help.
