Best practices for submitting Agency proposals

While I've been freelancing here for half a year, my boss and I just started an Agency. So now, I am wondering how best to change my proposals when I submit them on the Agency's behalf, especially if it is likely that I will be doing most, if not all, of the work on most contracts.

What advice does the community have for agency proposals?
