Big problem with Freelancer Portfolios.

I was looking for a VO artist and I've noticed that some portfolios - mostly Youtube videos, could be played directly in the list of freelancers, but some were just mere images and could be played only on freelancers page. 
This is a HUGE bug as I see it - while some freelancers get more advantage because their video is loading and videos of some freelancers are invisible to clients. 
 

Is there a solution to this?
