Billed Hours is Less than the Session hours on the Time Tracker.

Hi, 

I'm new on upwork and i just got my first client and I'm just wondering if why the Billed hours is less than the Number of hours session from the Time Tracker. 

If you can see on the screenshots i've provided, on the time tracker i have 4 hours and 29 minues and on the billed hours on the work diary, i only have   1:40 hrs ?

It should be 4 hours and 29 mins X the hourly rate?

The tracker has both tracked the time it was on and also the time you were active. The larger number is the time the tracker was On, the smaller was your activity period. In any period of time, ten minutes-ish it only takes a screenshot if you have activity (mouse and keyboard). It only bills the client if you are active.

You can bill the client manually if they allow it but it is not covered by payment protection.

Actually, I'm wondering if something is wrong. I just worked and the time seems "stuck" in that it shows in the track and diary (with plenty of typing) but not in my reports.
