My Current Billing Cycle is: Dec 9, 2018 — Jan 8, 2019
but I have not got my connects renewed. What could be the reason?

Don't worry. As your profile is private, so I am not sure, from which timezone you are. It seems you are from Asia, maybe India.
Here is a time difference of the USA and where you live, probably a 12+ hours difference. So, I suggest you wait 1 day more and your connects will be shown in your profile.
