Billing Method Issue

Hi, I want to add my billing method to buy connects but unfortunately it says your card is connected with maximum number of accounts. But I have not connected with any account. Can you check the issue? If it is hacked and connected by some account, can you please disconnect from other accounts? so that I can use my card for my personal account.
