Billing Method in Turkey

Hello All, 

I have my UpWork account setup as a free user and I would life to pay UpWork for a Plus membership. 

I am sure that my debt bank card is available for online purcheses. It's done usually using the 3D security system where i recieve a 4-digit code from my bank to approve on the payment. 

UpWork didn't ask me to do that, and I was always receiving a message that payment was denied. 

Is there any other way to purchase a membership? 

I have a Turkish bank account and I live in Istanbul, Turkey.

Hi Oubai,

Unfortunately, it looks like the charge on your credit card keeps getting declined. Please, make sure your card is set up to make international payments and has sufficient funds on it to complete this payment.
