Billing cycle ended - Connections don't reset

Hello,

My billing period ended yesterday (on the 11th october) and I've been waiting until the 12th October 12AM UTC time (23 minutes ago) to see if my connections will regularly reset like it usually happens.
Nothing has happened and my connections are still on 0.

Should I wait more?

It's still Oct. 11 in the US, where Upwork is located. So yes, just wait.

Hi Bojan, 

The connects should be credited within 24-hours once your billing cycle starts. If it does not automatically get credited, let us know so that we can request the assistance of the Customer Support Team.
