Billing method, credit card name mismatch

Hello,
i am trying to add a billing method or trying to buy connects with a credit card, but i am unable to do that, the name on the credit card is my brother's name, and i can't figure out how to get it into my account. 
I can provide any identity or authorization document required to use that card, he is my brother and i want to use his credit card to buy connects.
