Biweekly payments

I get paid only a few dollars one week then my full weekly hourly pay the next. I am getting my hourly pay every 2 weeks why is this?

Because of the weekly billing cycle. You started part way through a week (week one) and then worked a full week in week 2. On Wednesday in week three you are paid for the hours in week one, then in week 4 you get paid for the full week 3.

The work week always runs from Monday to Sunday UTC, so when you log less hours during a work week, you get paid less for that week.

So you are not getting paid biweekly, you get paid weekly, but the hours logged during the week 2 weeks ago, not the previous week.
