Hope you guys are doing well amid pandemic. I am struggling to open the dispute window albeit I have a dispute going on. I dun know whats the problem but it shows that there is no open dispute although I can receive emails from the Upwork mediator.I need to reply back asap. Kindly, look into this issue and help me out.

Ahsan - I have only had one dispute but I found that when I accessed the dispute, it starts out saying there is no dispute - you have to wait for a while for it to load. You can also reply to an email from an Upwork mediator by another email and it will show up in the dispute section.
Could you please try to check your internet connection, and also try to open it using a different browser. Let us know if you still experience issues accessing it. Thank you.
