Bogus Upwork App Message

Hello,
I was recently discussing terms with a client when I had the most peculiar little message pop up. Unamusingly, the Upwork app seems to flag floating-point numbers as phone numbers? Hopefully, this bug is resolved soon (and my client is not scared away). I'd just like to confirm that nothing will happen to my account?
