Bonus Payment not Visible in Pending or Available Section

Hi,

My client just gave me a Bonus, it was listed in the Pending Section but it is not there now. It is not visible under the Avaiable Section as well.

I had another client release the milestone; which is visible in Pending Section as it should be.

Any help is very much appreciated. Feel to ask any further questions.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I checked and it seems that the bonus for contract #22890282 is showing in both the Transaction History and in the Reports (Pending reports). Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? Let us know if you continue experiencing this so that we can assist you further.
