Hello,
my client give me a bonus but in the report, the status is pending not like funds that have an actual date (see attach). should I still wait until 5 days security period or does my client payment have a problem?

No date means the client's payment method couldn't be charged.

Or it means that the charging run hasn't actually happened yet.
It's ONLY an issue if the payment was initiated more than 24 hours ago.

It is likey that the client is aware of it. It can't hurt to ask him about it.

No, I already told him that the bonus hasn't come to me yet. but, he hasn't replied

When did the client pay the bonus? It **ALWAYS** shows as "pending" instead of a date for the first few (up to 24) hours so if it's been less than a day, please do NOT panic the client.
