My client **Edited for Community Guidelines** has reviewed my work and issued me a bonus of $7.40 for a contract ended on 14th may. The amount is in security hold period for more than 6 days. Just want to know whether there is any problem from client's end or I will be paid for it. Quick action will be highly appreciable.
Client is not replying since the project is ended. What should I do now? I've messaged him several times. He is a payment verified client, then why upwork is unable to charge him. Apart this, he had paid my hourly charges. You can see the proof in screenshot attached. He himself said that $15 is the payment and paid only $8

Which part of "You won't get that money unless the client sorts out the failed payment method" from your other thread did you fail to understand?
The client never paid the bonus.
Upwork tried to charge their payment method, but it declined.
You will not get that $ 7.40
