Bookkeeper access

I have a freelancer account and would like to be able to give my book keeper access to download transaction reports for entry into my account software. The only way I can see to do this is to create an agency account and add them but I don't want to misrepresent to clients that I am an agency when I am not.

So my questions are

If I create an agency account will clients see that I am associated with an agency or can this be supressed? My book keeper I also found on UpWork and I'm sure they don't want their other clients seeing they are associated with my agency.

Is there any other option to get the transaction report to my book keeper without me having to download it and manually send it to them? I would even be happy if this could be emailed to me and I can just forward it on.
