Could boosted proposals be automated? I've come across numerous job postings where boosted proposals with 50 connects are submitted within a minute.

This happens suddenly, I have seen it for almost all the jobs. A job with a 5 USD budget is automatically been boosted using 50 connects. Atleast 2-3 slots and sometimes all 4 slots are filled with it. Either Upwork is doing this or there are lots of bots which do this automatically.
