Boosting Proposal spending extra Connect - Not worth and fair at all!

I like to advise Upwork, the system Upwork brought up for boosting proposals by spending extra connects, when it comes to spending like 20 connects to 60 connects just to be in the first top 3 positions and still not guaranteed that we would be hired, not use of spending such high connects for not just even looked by the client! We are losing money here.  No single reply and consideration even after boosting the proposal!

Without BOOSTING proposal system, it was a very fair and equal chance for every 1(freelancer) to win the jobs and submitted proposals being looked at by the clients but now, it becomes 0, connects are getting wasted, with nothing coming back after we apply to the jobs!
