Boosting profle

Posting here because i didn't get any response to the query in 'SUPPORT FORUM'
Yesterday (06-02-2024), I wanted to check the latest feature 'BOOST PROFILE'. At that time I had 54 connects in my account. So I set my budget to 4 connects per click and the limit was the same 4 connects and today (07-02-2024) was the end day of the boosting profile. Before this process, I had checked my profile stats, I had 1 view on the 5th of February. This morning Upwork stopped boosting my profile then I rechecked my stats to see if I have any profile views but unfortunately I have no views. So Upwork says they only charge connects if the profile is clicked when the boosting is active so this means i should have gotten my 4 connects back which I spent on boosting my profile but I haven't received my 4 connects back. What is the issue? Can anyone explain this in detail?

Why would you pay for this casino anyways? Why showing them that their milking techniques have results? Don't complain UW is playing with you if you yourself allow it by spending unneccessary money on their questionable "marketing" things.

I think you're looking in the wrong place.  Check under "Impressions and Clicks" at the top on the far right.  Clicks from boosting aren't usually reflected in "Profile Views."
