Bootstrap Test -- Is there any way to contact actual upwork support?

There is a bug with the Bootstrap test. It wasn't immediately clear to me that the test was based on Bootstrap 3 since most of us are now working in Bootstrap 4, I got a bunch of questions wrong that I could have answered correctly if I had known. It would be nice if you either made that clear, or created separate tests for both versions of Bootstrap.

Is there any way to contact upwork support directly or is the forum all we have?
