British Freelancers, do you withdraw direct to Bank, or Use PayPal?

Good afternoon fellow freelancers, this thread is specifically, aimed at British workers.

Currently, I withdraw earnings directly to my bank; however, due to the strength of the Pound, and the extra conversion rate fees I am paying/loosing, currently 28.47% in total.

As such, I was wondering if anyone out there uses PayPal or another withdrawal method, and if so, does it save you money?

Is that Direct to Local Bank transfer option or international wire transfer option?
