Bug Repport : Reading messages using firefox on desktop

Hello,

1) When I try to read my messages on my laptop with firefox (which is my main browser, version quantum 64.0 (64 bits)), it keeps loading forever and never displayed anything but "Did You Know? It takes clients an average of 3 days to hire on our platform."

2) Using chrome (Version 71.0.3578.98 (Build officiel) (64 bits)) I get: ["Error: {\"code\":500,\"codeExtended\":\"NOT_SET\",\"message\":\"transportLayerDS_roomsDS_GetRooms short-circuited and fallback disabled.\"}"] and it keeps loading forever.

3) Using my mobile phone (with chrome), it works.

So I can only use upwork with my phone, which is not convenient.

I can't send messages. My messages seem to me in a pale colors. 
As well, when I try to download any file, this message appears "We can't complete your request now"

make sure that you have active profile you are member since now so i think you have to wait until upwork confirmation and activation best regards ahmed

I'm having the same issue , and tried to update the address info + the cache part and still can't access the chat room

I'm experiencing issues on Android mobile as well. I got the same error code in my mobile browser (Chrome), and I can't send messages through the mobile app, either. Grrrrr.
