One of my clients requested a refund (due to her sending the same offer twice by mistake) today.
I noticed, that when I click on the notification to that under Notifications, nothing on Earth happens.
I have noticed similar behaviour before and never really cared, thought they were one-offs.
Meanwhile, I have been only able to access the request by searching through my e-mails from Upwork.
Has anyone else noticed this behaviour recently?
